OUR RETURN POLICY:
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Refund is not applicable to any items purchased at Kara in any case except the damaged product or wrong product sent to you. 6-8% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
WHENEVER YOU RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT, WE WILL NEED AN UNBOXING VIDEO TO ASSIST YOU FURTHER. WE WON'T BE LIABLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE SAME.
- The product should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
- The return shipment is to be borne by the customer.
- In case of Exchange of Product, we provide a store credit which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.
- Returns are not applicable on discounted products or promotional campaigns.
- Replacement request must be made within 3 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.karaindia.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
